Training for NAACP Housing Navigator Program

Sept 11th the virtual training will take place. The NAACP Housing Navigator Program is an excellent project to help people facing eviction or housing challenges. The good news is you will have terrific resources and support and can do this virtually and pretty much on your schedule. Ok,you can’t call people at midnight but early evening is good!

Seeking a “client” with…

a bit of an acting skill.  Professor Lisa Martin with our Domestic Violence Clinic is seeking a volunteer “client” for a simulated interview exercise. The students in the Clinic will be participating in a mock interview seeking an Order of Protection.  “ This could be a good opportunity for a person with an interest in legal responses to Domestic Violence, legal interviewing, and/or what students learn and do in clinics.

The interview will take place on August 18th from 2:30 to 4ish.  If you can help out please contact Professor Martin
