SUMMARY:My Will
DESCRIPTION:My Will is a joint project presented by the SC Bar Pro Bono Program\, the Central Midlands Office on Governments- Office on Aging and the Law School Pro Bono Program.  The goal is to provide simple wills to low income senior citizens.  Clients are prescreened and complete a questionnaire before arriving at their appointment.  Volunteer attorneys\, assisted by law students prepare and execute a simple will.  Law students also serve as the witnesses in the execution process. \nThis project is open to all students after completion of their first semester of law school.
