SUMMARY:My Will Project- October
DESCRIPTION:My Will is a joint project presented by the SC Bar Pro Bono Program\, the Central Midlands Office on Governments- Office on Aging and the Law School Pro Bono Program.  The goal is to provide simple wills to low income senior citizens.  Clients are prescreened and complete a questionnaire before arriving at their appointment.  Volunteer attorneys\, assisted by law students prepare and execute a simple will.  Law students also serve as the witnesses in the execution process. \nThis project is open to all students after completion of their first semester of law school. Completion of Wills\, Trusts and Estates is NOT required.  Training is on the job but downloaded a will template is necessary.  \nTo sign up\, contact the Pro Bono Office\, they will send you a link to an online sign up program.
